Booking Conditions
Deposits
A 50% deposit is required for block bookings of 8 or more rooms with
no refund if the booking is cancelled within 7 (seven) days
of the date of arrival unless we are able to re-sell the rooms.
A 50% deposit is required on all room bookings for Airshow dates, with
no refund if the booking is cancelled within 7 (seven) days of the date
of arrival unless we are able to re-sell the rooms.
Full pre-payment is required for all overseas reservations.
Cancellations
As we have so few rooms and dare not overbook, we reserve the right to
charge for any rooms cancelled within 2 (two) full working days of the
expected day of arrival, unless we can re-sell the room. This only
applies if we have been full and turned business away.
Once accepted and confirmed by us in writing, your booking is guaranteed
100% irrespective of time of arrival.
Late Bookings
Clients are required to quote their Credit Card number when making a
telephone reservation within 48 hours of arrival as a 50% deposit is
required for late bookings.
Late Arrivals
The hotel is locked at approximately 11.30pm; therefore please advise if
anticipated arrival time will be later than this.
Non Arrivals
If guests fail to arrive for a confirmed reservation without
notification we reserve the right to charge the full room rate.
Cancellation of Meeting Rooms
As we have only 2 meeting rooms we reserve the right to charge for any
booking cancelled within 7 (seven) full working days of the confirmed
date unless we can re-sell the room. The charge is £200.00 for the main
conference room and £75.00 for the interview room. |
